Do not listen to negative reviews! This is legit.

First off, Amazon would not sell a fraudulent product and it is listed on the products website as a authorized seller. Second off for the review that mentions hair falling out, maybe the shampoo and conditioner that person was using before was cheap and didn’t work well enough. Also, my hair always falls out when I wash it and so does anyone else’s, that’s what our bodies naturally do. It does have a cooling effect on your scalp so if you don’t like that then you shouldn’t buy it, but it does not burn or hurt and it did not cause me any irritation and I have extremely sensitive skin. Seriously don’t understand the bad reviews here due to counterfeit. I’ve purchased this product 10+ times with no issue. Very good conditioner

I have long, thick, slightly wavy, color-treated hair. I put off trying this for a long time because of the price, but after trying a few other Pureology products that I really liked, I decided to give this a shot.

The products are quite thick, and I didn’t need to apply as much as I usually do; I need more than the recommended quarter-sized dab (I always need more than the manufacturer says), but not by much.

The shampoo lathers exceptionally well, better even than many shampoos with sulfates, and the conditioner is rich and dense.

After one use my hair was softer and smoother, almost like it was before I started dying it. The ends were less dry and coarse, the frizzy puff through the mid-lengths considerably tamed, and I was even able to use less leave-in conditioner afterward without a single tangle. It got progressively better over the course of the first few weeks.

I usually go a few days between shampoos with dry shampoo in between. With this, my scalp did get oily/itchy a day earlier than usual after the first few washes, but that wore off as my scalp adjusted. I don’t apply the conditioner to my scalp as the bottle recommends either, and keeping the conditioner a few inches away helped keep my hair cleaner longer. I’ve never seen a “normal” conditioner that was meant to be applied to the scalp, only scalp treatments and the like.

I don’t like the fragrance. It isn’t the worst hair care product I’ve ever smelled, but it’s not good either. But given the performance of the products, I wouldn’t be surprised if it grew on me. The minty conditioner smells nicer than the shampoo, which somehow reminds me of black licorice.

While the price isn’t low, I think it performs better than the other brands I’ve tried in this price point, and the bottle will last a bit since I don’t need much at a time. I bought the liter sized bottles before the small ones were even a quarter gone. — Abigail reviewed

Buy it! Best Conditioner Ever!!!

You won’t regret buying this conditioner. I absolutely LOVE this it After only 1 use, my hair looked more healthy and was smooth and soft. This conditioner leaves my hair feeling clean and protected from all of the damaging heat I apply to it. I love the light mint-like tingle that lasts outside of the shower. You don’t have to use a lot, so this product will last a long time. Even after 4-5 days of not washing my hair, my hair continues to look and feel soft when using this conditioner. The hype is real!

I have been looking for a conditioner I like FOREVER. I have super long hair (down to my butt) its very fine, gets greasy easily. And tangles so easy. I also have dyed hair so need something for that. I am also SUPER picky with scents. I cannot stand a conditioner that smells of strong perfume!

This conditioner literally has it all. I always see it has decent reviews, but its pricey. Well its perfect. I have used it quite a few times now and I love it. A true luxury shampoo

My stylist uses this on me in her salon and I love it. I was in sticker shock when found out how much it cost. It does not seem to ever go on sale. If you want to treat yourself to a gentle shampoo that still has lots of really luxurious suds this is it folks. I absolutely love it. Worth the money

I treat myself to both the shampoo and conditioner. I love the way it makes my hair feel. I color my hair and have for decades. This smooths my hair and helps my scalp immensely. There is peppermint in the conditioner and some may not like the tingle, bu t that’s my favorite part. My hair feels great and smells wonderful. Well worth the money to me. Note: if your spending money on this, buy yourself a decent pump. These bottles are too big to hold in the shower and very hard to squeeze the product out. The price is a little steep but let me tell you…after working at a professional and highly regarded salon, this is what you NEED to be using on your hair. The price reflects the quality. You’re getting top of the line haircare with Pureology. There’s no sulfates, so it will help preserve your color (sulfates strip your color) and it is WAY healthier for your hair. Sulfates damage and strip your hair of important nutrients. This line seriously hydrates and moisturizes every strand of your hair. We actually use the Hydrate Conditioner as a deep conditioning treatment! The only thing I’m unsure of is if this is a fresh or fully authentic product. You don’t know when purchasing on Amazon. Great for Hydration

I love this stuff! I no longer color my hair but my hair drinks this stuff up so I have continued to use it. I have thick wavy hair and I do experience some weigh down from this but I am still happy with the end result. I have used the Pureology Hydrate shampoo and conditioner for years and still love it – even with the several package changes! My favorite conditioner

It leaves my hair feeling soft and I love the smell. I dye my hair regularly, I have dark hair that is bleached to hold bright colors, so my hair gets dry/damaged. I have tried tons of different brands/lines (redken,joico,etc) … salon recommendations … and this is the one that I keep going back to. My hair definitely feels the best using this conditioner. Best conditioner I’ve ever tried.

I absolutely love this product! I really wish it was a bit cheaper but I get it, you get what you pay for and this stuff works! My hair was really dry so I bought the small 8.5 oz bottle and it worked amazingly and brought my hair back to life! If I could afford it I would only use this product! It’s not a bad idea to buy it every once in Awhile as a supplement to your hair regimen when you feel you need to splurge on your hair to get it soft again. works the best of any conditioner I have found

This is my favorite conditioner ever as far as how well it works. I feel like I have tried them all (not really but I have tried so, so many over the years). I have wavy, dry, thick hair and live in Arizona where it is very dry. It conditions my hair well and leaves it manageable for flat ironing without leaving it greasy or limp. I use Pureology Hydrate both Conditioner and Shampoo because I have fine, hylighted hair and I need a product that doesn’t dry it out. After I shampoo my hair, I distribute a small amount of conditioner throughout my wet hair and leave it in my hair. Silky shinny hair

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I have middle of back length hair and its very fine but i have a lot of it! Its super easily dried out with flat irons and heat so i air dry often. I wash my hair every 2-3 days This bottle last me about 7 months (i bought the pump too) a little goes a long way. I don’t even use shampoo anymore

I love this conditioner. It lasts 2 months or more. I just put it in my hair and let it soak while I shower, shave, etc. and when I start to feel the scalp tingle from the wonderful rosemary scent and penetration – I rinse. No need to use shampoo that strips my hair needlessly. Hair feels light and scalp is fresh and clean. Conditioning action is smooth but not flat or heavy. Changed my hair

Honestly, this has really improved my hair care. I have been struggling with my hair drying out for the past few years. My hair is slightly wavy, not to thick on top. It generally hangs to lank around my scalp and dries quickly leaving the ends to break. This product, while expensive has been so incredibly helpful. I will keep using the sample sizes until I run out, then move on to purchasing the full size bottles.

This conditioner is light, doesn’t leave a heavy, waxy, residue, and leaves my cuticles smooth and my heavily highlighted hair not frizzy. My hair feels soft, and looks great!

BTW, it doesn’t "smell like Listerine". It has peppermint and rosemary essential oils in it. Both EOs are excellent for scalp, hair, and hair growth. That’s why they are frequently found in the more upscale salon brands.
