Gets the chlorine out; highly recommend

I really love this shampoo and conditioner. It does as advertised. Leaves my hair shiny without being brittle or dry, with no chlorine residue left behind. It has a nice clean, citrus (orangish) scent, which I find pleasant. The shampoo lathers nicely. I discovered the crystals at the salon when I asked if they could do something for my greenish hair tint caused by the pool. The stylists stood around and remarked at how quickly the crystals worked at removing the chemicals from my hair. Surprised

The pool we go to has a lot of chlorine, my daughter’s hair was so damaged we couldn’t brush through it because of the tangles and pain, we’d finish one section and try to brush it into the section we did right before and it would be tangled again. We’d tried a lot of different home remedies, other shampoo and conditioners even a haircut and nothing worked. Malibu C made a huge difference in my daughter’s hair. I’m SHOCKED it how good this is!

Let me start this with my backstory, sorry for the novel! I have natural very blonde almost platinum hair. I am super careful about where I swim because most public pools do more harm than it’s worth to my hair. My moms pool is always my safe pool, they know the levels to keep the green out of my hair. I haven’t had to worry about green hair since I was in my teens. 2 weeks ago, I swam at my moms pool on her opening weekend. I swam for a couple of hours, got out, let it air dry for a couple hours, then got back in and swam for a few more hours. When I got out, my mom said “you’re hair is green!” It was BAD. She checked her copper levels and they were all off, which is why it turned it green. It was almost neon-ish! I started researching products to get it out. A full 7 days later after I got this in and was able to try this, I used the shampoo, condition, and crystals ONE TIME, exactly how they said and IT WORKED. My hair was completely back to platinum and not a trace of green in it! This was a full week after I swam, I had washed and dried my hair twice in that week. I was SHOCKED!! I am a full believer and fan and I have told everyone about this stuff!! My hair feels a touch dryer than normal but I’m not sure if that’s from the pool chemicals or this set. Bye-Bye Mineral Build-Up

Being in the pool 3-5 days a week, my daughter’s hair has had such bad mineral build-up the only solution was to cut it. I wish I would’ve found this shampoo sooner! Her blonde hair was so rough & dull, she HATED to brush it. This shampoo & conditioner has brought it back to beautiful, shiny & tangle free. This product is incredible! My daughters hair was recently highlighted for the summer. We have a pool and she’s in it all the time during the summer. Her hair turned green pretty bad recently and I decided to purchase this to give it a try. I couldn’t believe I could literally see the green coming out of her hair! The pictures show the green coming out of her hair in my sink. After one treatment the green is barely noticeable. I think after one more treatment, it’ll be completely gone. She said her hair feels so much healthier after just one treatment. The smell of the shampoo and conditioner is very pleasant. My daughter and I both said it smells like a creamsicle. The powder/treatment was a little difficult for me to apply. I ended up getting more on the top of her head and not enough on the ends of her hair. Next treatment I’ll be focusing more on the ends. Stripped away chlorine

My daughter had sticky, tangled, matted hair every time she came home from her dads house because he would let her go swimming all weekend, count it as bathing, and never brush her hair. I did everything I could to get the chlorine out and braid her hair before the weekend just to manage the issue. This product got most of the chlorine out the first time we used it. I had to shampoo twice and condition once. FINALLY something that helps! The shampoo actually stayed smooth and didnt tangle her hair while I lathered. It foamed up nicely. The conditioner really put some life back into the ends of her brittle, frayed hair. This product is a godsend for us. I cannot even imagine a more severe case of swimmer’s hair to test this product on. I’m not thrilled with the scent, but it is not unpleasant, just personal opinion. It Totally Works

SO, I’ve never had to deal with my hair turning green before… but about 4ish weeks ago, I was swimming in my pool and made the horribly dumb mistake of doing my purple shampoo after while showering. My hair turned super green! I tried to book a hair appt with my hair stylist, but COVID, so you know how that went. I searched and found this product. First I just tried the shampoo and conditioner and it didn’t really do anything. The next day I tried the “crystals” which turns into like a paste and it totally worked. Works great, smells great!

Let me start by saying that these items smell SO wonderful. A nice light citrus-y kind of scent that isn’t super powerful and lingering (which I’m grateful for, since I get scent-triggered migraines), but is just really pleasant while using them.

We have a pool in our backyard and have my entire life – and on top of that, my mother is a stylist – so I’ve tried a million different clarifying shampoos over the years trying to find one that worked the best for me. I have a lot of hair, but the strands are super fine and my scalp gets oily very quickly. This shampoo and conditioner makes my hair feel clean (no stiff post-chlorine feeling), but also makes it incredibly soft and shiny. It looks and feels so healthy after using this. Oh this is amazing. So this is not my first rodeo with Malibu. I used to use this back when I was a child. My salon promoted it because we have hard water in my town. I however stopped using it and switched to drug store brands and high end brands over time. My hair is platinum blonde naturally. Never dyed. I live in the pool and my hair was so dry and horrible. This shampoo took all the chlorine out of my hair. It’s never been this soft and amazing before. I highly recommend. Amazing! Removed GREEN from blonde hair!!

Hair Remedy is AMAZING and takes out green in one wash.

This is the second time we used the wellness hair remedy and it’s amazing. The tips of my daughters hair are so blonde they are almost white, and her hair gets green pretty quickly. The hair remedy took it out in one wash. The green came back this week, so I applied another hair remedy, and as you can see the green is gone in one wash. Miracle product

I tried everything to get my hair not to turn green I tried putting the most expensive products and none of them work but when I tried this it was awesome I’m a blonde and the packets are awesome they can turn it green hair that’s completely green tea back to your normal color this is a miracle product. THE BEST POOL GREEN HAIR PRODUCT

I have color treated / bleached hair and made the mistake of going in the pool….. when I got out my hair was completely GREEN.
