  • Amazing!

, then I treat my hair with this product. The combination of the pronexa bond repair products with the moroccanoil is absolutely amazing. I did not ever think my hair could look like this! — Ashley reviewed

  • I have been using this oil for 8 years now. One bottle lasts me about 6 months. I highly recommend it.

Love, Love, Love Moroccann Oil! I was first introduced to this product by Gary Manuel hair saloon in Seattle. My stylist put a little amount on her hands and rubbed the oil through my damp hair before drying. The smell is gorgeous and lasts until your next hair wash. The treatment definitely calms down any fine or flyaway hair. It makes it easier to style, and the best part is that the oil nourishes and hydrates the hair, which is very important.

I have been using this oil for 8 years now. One bottle lasts me about 6 months. I use the applicator when I am at home, and just take the bottle for when I am traveling. I will always use this product and highly recommend it.

I hope that you have found my opinion to be helpful with your decision process to purchase this item. If this is the case, and where Amazon asks if this review helpful, please click "yes" . — Ashley reviewed

I’m obsessed with Moroccan Oil. I use it in my hair every day. Smells amazing and makes my hair soft and shiny. — Mary B. reviewed

  • When you demand excellent quality for your hair treatment Moroccanoil is the go to brand!

I have been using this product daily for 18 months on my beard. I ran out for about 5 days and my beard felt like a wire brush and my skin felt like I was a lizard with dry scales all over my face under and around my beard. I will never run out again. This is quality Argan Oil. 1000x better than any Argan Oil you will get at Walmart, Target, or any other store similar to those two. If you feel the price is higher than what you usually pay for your Argan Oil it is probably because you are not purchasing a quality product.

After 16 years of shaving my head while in the U.S. Army I decided to grow my hair out 23 months ago. I have a very thick head of long hair after allowing it to grow for two years, so once a week I apply a generous amount to my head and leave it in over night and wash it out the next morning. It makes my hair smooth, soft, and there is no frizz when my hair air dries.

Besides all of the benefits I have already mentioned Moroccanoil Hair Treatment has a great smell. — Nattie reviewed

  • As real as it gets ????

I order this product before my 70$+ bottle that I usually buy at a salon ran out … I compared it to what I been using and the scent and texture are exactly the same so maybe I got lucky to get the real thing .. I been using this brand for a few years now and I can’t say enough it helps my ends stay smooth and frizz free after straightening hair or leaving it curls so yes I would definitely recommend it cuz a little bit like a dime/quarter size goes along way for long hair.???? — Rob H. reviewed

  • Hair Transformation

Wow this product is incredible – honestly my hair has been transformed
I used it after washing, drying, and styling. My hair usually is dry and frizzy after styling but what can you do-USE THIS PRODUCT that’s what you can do. Immediatley after use my hair looked fantastic and the smell is great
I’ve noticed people’s reviews say this product is fake – I purchased the .85 ounce size and I don’t feel like this product is fake or tampered with. The oil is thick, good quality, and the color i was expecting. The packaging doesn’t appear fake/in a different langauge and the seals were unbroken. If there were issues with the quality of this product i think they have been resolved
If you have dry hair i would try this product – is is moisturizing and produces a nice shine without being heavy or greasy on the hair — Amazon Customer reviewed

  • The smell. Oh, and it’s good for me. But the SMELL is intoxicating!

I bought a large bottle of this years ago for my hair. Remember when it was a “thing”? Well, my hairdresser is still it. Last week he told me to rub some on my arms, elbows, etc. I really stopped using it because my hair is thin, blonde and didn’t need any “lube”. Not even sure I used the whole bottle. (My bad). Anyway, later in the day I happened to notice my arms smelled good. It was this oil! So..I got this small travel size and have kept it at my nightstand . I put it on after my shower, and smell good for sweet dreams. Use it on my neck, arms and even feet. Doesn’t take much. After putting it on my skin, I rub my hands through my hair. Just the right amount for me is what’s leftover on my hands. Who knew? I’m back! — Amzie reviewed

  • Totally worth the price.

I’ve always been very lucky with my hair. It’s naturally curly, straightens well, and is pretty easy to style. Because of this I’ve always used cheap shampoo and not really worried too much about it. Well, somewhere between almost 20 years of straightening it, two pregnancies, too many mom buns, and hard water my hair has become so dry at the ends and has started breaking around my face. I was about to cut it short when my friend suggested Moroccan oil. I hadn’t ever considered it before because my hair was always pretty healthy, why spend so much money? After using it once I was a complete sold. I let my hair dry naturally and my curls looked so much healthier than they have in a long time and my hair FELT so much better! The next time I washed my hair I blow dried and straightened it. Shiny and healthy looking! I still need a trim because of dead ends, but my ends don’t look fried anymore. I hadn’t even realized how bad they had gotten! I’m sold! Totally worth the money. — Ziggy3339 reviewed

  • Smells amazing

Love this stuff so much. Glad amazon sells it because only certain places sell it and I would rather not drive all around town to find it. I use it after the shower and put a little on my ends and then when I’m all done with my hairstyle to help with the flyaways and smooth the hair. Has a really nice smell to it but it’s definitely not overpowering. Great product and it’s real from this seller. — Chris O reviewed

  • Fabulous Product!!

A truly outstanding product!!! After a lifetime of looking for something to calm my long, curly hair, that frizzes at the slightest droplet of moisture, my search has finally ended!! This Moroccan Oil is simply the best for smoothing and taming my wild woman hair! Only a small amount is required and it smells terrific!

  • Repeat purchase

I use this stuff EVERY time I wash my hair and have been for years. It brought my hair back from the brink after some home bleaching and coloring scandals, and now it’s used for maintenance but also does a great job of keeping my hair healthy after my routine highlights and coloring.
It’s heavy so a little goes a long way – I only have to buy every 8 months or so. My hair is shoulder length and I use just a half pump from my ears and down as it will really weigh your hair down if you use it on roots, though you absolutely could to help out damaged hair. — Candy Starlight reviewed

  • No Idea why people are complaining.

No idea why alot of people complain about this product in the reviews, what i have received is exactly like in the picture. no foreign language, no nothing and it works perfectly, I guess it depends on the weather of your country and How much you put. It is made in Israel, so even if it has a foreign language on it, are people buying a product for their hair or discussing politics? — Candy Starlight reviewed

  • Works Great, Smells Even Better

Excellent for dry hair/scalp, especially after showering. Mirrors the natural oils you produce for your hair. It also smells like heaven.

I got this because after I shower my hair dries up like a sponge at high noon in the middle of July. Apparently my shampoo and conditioner strips out all the good oils in my hair, and so when i get out and dry off it looks all strung out like each strand of hair was out binge drinking the night before. Normally it takes like a day or so before it gets back to normal. Friend said this might help, so i gave it a try.

The bottle is about 6 inches tall, and has a nozzle at the top that you twist on and off. You twist the nozzle on, pump a little oil in your hand, twist it off, then comb your hands through your hair to get all that oily goodness in there. It’s oil, so just a little bit, about one or two pumps of the nozzle, goes a long way. When you’re done you just wash your hands to get the oil residue off your hands and go about your day.

The results are immediate. Hair looks and feels healthier, and it smells like a little slice of heaven. Seriously though, i bought it for the moisturizing effect, but I’m staying to the smell. It smells better than any soap or shampoo i’ve ever used. It’s a very subtle smell, not too strong or too weak, just enough to be noticed, but not overwhelming. Something along the lines of a smooth vanilla texture with hints of honey and coconut. — Amir Fetouh reviewed

  • A Little Bit Goes a Long Way

A tiny bit goes a long way! I use less that 1/8 tsp poured into the fingers if other hand. Using both hands’ fingers w/oil on them I lightly distribute the oil throughout the hair with my head down toward the floor for better distribution. I avoid the scalp as not to clog hair follicles. It manages my hair with a healthy shine that gets noticed. Using too much at one time is overkill, wastes the product, and doesn’t give good results in my opinion. — John Anthony reviewed

  • Works WAAAAY better than Olaplex!

I love this stuff. It always leaves my hair shiny and soft. I completely damaged my hair attempting to go from black to blonde and everything I used including Olaplex left my hair dry and brittle. I started using this oil in my hair after the shower on my damp hair and would reapply once my hair dried and it put life back into my hair. The smell is wonderful and you never get an oily residue feel. It goes on silky smooth and dries silky smooth. I absolutely love this stuff. It’s the ONLY true moroccan oil out there. I’ve used other “moroccan oil” brands and they are all hype. This is the real stuff! It’s not cheap but it works! It’s worth every penny and more…if you value your hair. — KayCee reviewed

  • Absolutely a miracle!!!

There’s absolutely NO WAY I’ll live without this product!
Since I started using this 1 years ago, (& I have my hair color treated every 6-8 weeks) I have had absolutely NO SPLIT ENDS! ????
Leaves your hair super silky, keeps the fly-aways away and frizziest of hair tame (even in the highest humidity situation!)
Works well on curly and straight “dos”.
Not so thick as to weigh hair down, but thick enough to keep the trickiest hairs in place.
And literally when it says; “Use a dime sized portion” THAT’S ALL YOU NEED!
I have a ton of hair, and this bottle will lasts for months on end.
No need for any other products that will weigh hair down or leave it greasy feeling.
After one week you’ll notice the difference — elizny reviewed

  • Moroccanoil Treatment

I’m a guy…a regular guy…so regular that for 45+ years I used nothing but Vitalis as a hair dressing. No styling gels, no greasy kid stuff, no spray ons…nothing but Vitalis. That’s pretty regular in my opinion…nondescript if you prefer.

I discovered Moroccanoil Treatment about 15 years ago. Someone gave my wife a sampler which she never used. I gave it a sniff, thought it was nice, read the directions, tried it the next morning after my shower as a hair dressing, and haven’t used anything else since. It is non-greasy, has a mild, pleasant fragrance, and imparts a healthy, understated luster to my now salt-and-pepper hair.

Here’s the deal with Moraccanoil Treatment: it is not pure argan oil. I do not have a problem that. Although one can use MT by itself as a dressing (as I often do), I have found that MT combined with a small amount of pure argan oil is absolutely outstanding as a hair dressing. For me, a dime-sized pool of MT combined with a small amount of a high-quality pure argan oil does the trick for my collar-length hair. There are any number of pure argan oil vendors here on Amazon at all price points, so you will be well served to experiment as all are not made the same. (Although I’ve never tried it, Moroccanoil has a pure argan product that is quite expensive. I’ll bet it’s a superior product, but there are several vendors making very nice pure argan for a more reasonable price. Additionally, I have tried using pure argan as a hair dressing, but it doesn’t work for me as I find it far too heavy.)

So if you’re a “regular” guy and still use a hair dressing every day, Moroccanoil Treatment could be for you. — CindiJ reviewed

  • Expensive but worth it

I love this stuff! It is rich and delicious smelling. I have bought many many imitators to try to save a few dollars but the are heavy, don’t smell half as good and leave my hair just oily.
I towel dry my long hair well and then put a pearl drop of this oil in the palm of my hand and rub then my hands together. Next I flip my head/hair upside down and apply the product to the middle section of my hair and slide my hands down to he roots (imagine your hands in the praying position…fingertips, fingers and full palm completely pushed against each other).it is almost like I am double ironing motion but with my long hair in between. I repeat another pearl drop, rub hands again and flick my head/hair back so that I am in a normal standing up position and drag my hands through my bangs, roots…like my hand is a wide toothed comb. I make this motion several times all the way down until I reach the middle section of my long hair. (My hair goes down about 8 inches from my shoulder blades).
I even put this on my face, it is not heavy at all and I do not break out (note: I have combination skin that tends to be a bit high maintanence lately…I am prone to frequent breakouts!) — R. Pecoraro reviewed

  • It’s the real deal

I love this stuff. My mom use to use it everyday when I was a kid I absolutely love the smell. I recently bleached my hair, I have thick curly frizzy type hair, it really helps smooth everything out after blow drying or just by rubbing a little all over dry hair. My hair soaks up products but this is just a perfect formula it adds SHINE not greasy looking hair. Can use when wet or dry I prefer dry because I don’t usually style my hair with hot tools. It looks amazing when you do though! — Megan Momof 5 reviewed

  • Perfect Hair Oil

I have pretty dry hair that is a bit frizz-prone the first day I wash it. This stuff works amazing! What I love about it compared to other hair oils is that it doesn’t make my hair oily! I have used other “hair oil serums” and they weigh down my hair. Morrocanoil tames my frizz and adds health to my hair without the negative affects of other oils. And as a great plus this smells AMAZING ! — Shannon Freeman reviewed

  • Great smoother for frizzy hair

This works great and is very concentrated so don’t use too much of it. I bought the small bottle because I just wanted to try it, but I’ll be purchasing a larger bottle next time. It smooths frizz without being greasy and is actually a great value compared to cheaper oils because you don’t have to use as much of it and it actually works and lasts all day. Some frizz treatments don’t last all day- but this one does! — Cassie Hoff reviewed

  • Just buy it- want to know why? Read the review

I swear by this product. I have relatively dry hair and was skeptical to put oil directly onto it… because I’m definitely not trying to wash, blow dry, and style my hair daily. No one has time for that. Luckily, this product gives my hair moisture without leaving it feeling oily- it’s actually a light product on the hair. I’ve used many of the products at drug stores, Ulta, Sephora, the salon… and every time I stop using this to change things up I just find that no other product is as good as it is. I’ve been using it (on and off) for 6 years. My hair is always better with this product. — Cassie Hoff reviewed

  • Must have, fantastic product!

This stuff is amazing! I’ve used MO for years and have always loved it. The smell isn’t for everyone but I really like the way it smells. I have high porosity blonde highlighted shoulder length hair and follow the CGM. I use 2 pumps of this after my hair has dried and I SOTC. I will also use it for quick touch ups until my next wash day, with no other refreshing or touch ups until my wash day. I don’t know if it’s CG approved, but I also don’t care. I use it it in my daughters straight fine hair but lots of it and it works great. Super moisturizing and protective. Must have! — kodi_ko3 reviewed

  • Excellent! It renewed my hair!

First of all, but least important, is the wonderful scent of this oil. I love it! I put it on after washing my hair then add more to the ends while drying. My hair has always rebelled against the humidity, but this oil has helped quite a bit. My hair feels softer and is more manageable; it just looks healthier. My hairdresser said to use a clarifying shampoo every once in a while if it seems to get weighed down, but that has not been necessary. This is an excellent product! This is the 2nd bottle I have purchased, the first time purchased on-line. I would purchase from this seller again. — JMC reviewed

  • Moroccan Oil magic!

About ten years ago I was at an exclusive spa and this was the product they used on my hair. It was amazing, smelled so good and made my hair feel exceptionally soft. I forgot the brand name and through the years tried other argon oil products with limited success. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon, immediately ordered it and just got it. Opened the bottle and practically swooned at the fondly remembered spicy, earthy aroma. Ran some through my long hair and am enjoying the scent and the silky feel of it. Such a wonderful product. Cannot understand the detractors who claim this is not “real argon oil.” I think it is and whatever it is it’s absolute magic! — CompareB4Ubuy reviewed

  • Wonderful hair oil

I am really happy I decided to try out this hair oil. I find my hair dries faster and feels so soft and moisturized after using it. I had a trial size of a similar treatment oil from this line and fell in love with it…while this one is not quite the same (smells and feels different) I still really like it and would recommend/buy again. The smell isn’t too strong and the product distributes easily throughout damp hair (I can’t say about dry hair, as I don’t use it that way). — CarolEK reviewed

  • Tested and love it!

Cute little bottle (25ml), buying it for testing, and I love it! Already bought a regular size, it is really help to smooth my hair which has been damaged by bleach, twice! I apply a little on the tails, sometimes maybe all the hair (avoid roots!), after tower dry, before using the dryer, and apply again on the tails after dryer, it’s really working, u have to try this!!!! — InTheWoods reviewed

  • Tames the clown hair

I have flyaways and my hair threatens frizz with any humidity, but this product will tame most of those. I used this for years and loved it, but drifted away when I tried a different product that had a fruitier scent. But I noticed a buildup from the other product and decided to go back to Old Faithful, and have fallen in love with it again! Doesn’t build up, has a light scent that dissipates fairly quickly (which I think is a good thing – lots of people are sensitive to scents, and I don’t want to make anyone suffer with either my undressed clown hair or a scent). — Judy reviewed

  • Works amazing, worth the money

I was told to get this to help my daughters hair, which was dry and growing REALLY slow. Sure enough my daughters hair stopped breaking and was able to grow past a certain length. She has been struggling for 12 years to get her hair really past her shoulders. This stuff is pricey for such a small bottle, but amazing. When we finished the bottle I wanted to save money and bought a cheaper version… DON’T. It was not worth it. It didn’t work as well and we could tell a difference instantly. This stuff it great, worth every penny. Buy it. — KS reviewed
