Olaplex No 6 Bond Smoother

Great product

 I use the hair repairing treatment once or twice a week and the conditioner and I recently purchased no 6. Using these products I was able to go from the first pic to the video with very minimal to almost no breakage. I applied a dimed size amount of this product to my damp hair and it dried extremely quickly and when I was styling I applied another dimed size amount and nightly I just apply a tiny bit to my ends. Miracle!

I bleached my hair at home and almost killed it to the point I couldn’t comb it cause it would stretch like gum, it was super dry and damaged, I used all types of mask and home remedies but when my hair was dry it looked super brittle and crunchy, unmanageable frizzy and ugly until I tried this product and OH MY GOD. I used all the numbers in order and this smoother at the end and my hair is now super soft, dries real quick when blowdrying and looks and feel healthy it’s not frizzy at all( nothing helped with frizziness before in my life), very lightweight. God send for my processed hair

I absolutely love Olaplex products and this bond smoother is my secret weapon. I have bleached over processed bright blonde hair which is thin and prone to breakage and split ends. I chopped a good deal of it off because I couldn’t get any decent length without it fraying completely and looking thin and limp. This bond smoother eliminates all frizz and has strengthened my hair and prevented breakage from styling. Makes curls more defined has unbelievable slip

I will buy this over and over. I wasn’t sure if I would like it as I have fine strands but tons of naturally curly blonde hair. It gets lightened 3 levels w color. I was sure it would weigh it down, I ALWAYS wear it curly. It is very curly and porous so always hard to comb after washing. Never brush or comb when dry. WELL I WAS SOOO WRONG! FIRST OFF THE SMELL IS HEAVENLY! I was worried about the small size. You literally need between a pea size to nickel size. My go-to smoother — finally!!

Hello, super frizzy hair here. I’ve tried everything (obviously :)) and finally found a product that works on my hair. I’ve got a ton of fine, almost curly hair that I color/highlight and shampoo/condition/style every day. A single rain drop can expand my hair outward by 3 inches ;), so I was thrilled to have finally found something that works well for me. I did buy the Olaplex No. 1 & 2 treatment (here on Amazon — so-so easy to do the stand-alone treatment at home, no clue why it’s an expensive salon service?) and have used that a couple of times (hello magic!), along with the Olaplex shampoo and daily conditioner, and No 3 deep conditioner too, so I’m not sure if this would work as well if I wasn’t using the all coordinating products. But, I can say the smoothing product itself is creamy but super light weight, not greasy or heavy and doesn’t build up at all. My hair feels so healthy and soft. I was just coming back to buy a second bottle (I’ve never repurchased a smoother EVER — I usually throw out whatever expensive/highly rated product I’m trying in disgust and buy a new expensive/highly rated product that I eventually throw out in disgust as well. Game changer

I’m going to start this by saying I truly wanted to hate this stuff. I balked at the price and then was even more annoyed when I saw how small the bottle actually was. But oh man, this stuff is amazing. I was looking for a product to combat the damage my hair endures getting it to look decent. I’ve tried all variety of expensive products – lotions, balms, heat protectant sprays.. nothing seemed to stop the breakage. Enter olaplex #6- The instructions say to use a very small amount and having long, extremely think, super kinky hair, I’m used to globbing on palmfuls of conditioner to adequately coat my hair in the shower. I was sure that with the amount I’d need for my massive amount of hair, I’d get a couple weeks of use per bottle. I couldn’t be more wrong. I use a dime size drop and comb through my hair, blow dry as usual. What a incredible difference! My hair is soft, manageable and the dry time is definitely shortened. I have never loved a hair product more…

So, I have really thick, long, wavy, dry-ish hair. It has been like this my entire life. I’ve used just about every product under the sun and I’ve had some OK experiences but nothing that I’ve ever repurchased because I loved it, but only because I thought it *slightly* helped. Even the products that had amazing reviews, were not amazing for me because of what I described in the first sentence.

I saw this product and the reviews. I thought, “how great can this really be?”, well… I ordered it, and boy was I skeptical.. I thought worst case scenario it’s another product I don’t love and will either A) return, or B) sit in my cabinet with 100 other useless products.

Anyway, I got this stuff, showered with my normal shampoo and conditioner (Biolage). Afterwards, I squeezed a quarter size amount into my palm and worked it through my hair (without touching the roots). FIRST OF ALL, IT WAS DETANGLING MY HAIR AS I WAS JUST PUTTING THE PRODUCT IN… WHAT? YES!! With whatever was left on my hands, I ran it over my scalp. I have never been able to brush my hair so effortlessly and in such little time. I was sold on this part alone. Once my hair dried, it looked great. It took away some of the dullness my hair normally has and replaced it with a beautiful sheen. PS. This cream is HEAVY when you touch it but it does NOT weigh down your hair. It smells good, nothing amazing but also nothing notably unpleasant.

I’m sold sold sold on this product and for once I am fearful of this product ever being terminated. I have also bought the oil recently and that too, is amazing. I plan on buying their shampoo and conditioner next. My only complaint is that I wish it came in a different kind of bottle. As it gets empty, it will be harder to squeeze out product and maybe even have to cut the bottle?? Overall this product is still a 100 out of 10. BUY NOW. — Allie reviewed

Amazing stuff – are use it every other day and my thick but fine hair stays soft and it does control frizz but not as much as I had hoped. It’s not like getting a keratin treatment in salon. Most Important Part of Hair Care Routine

My hair stylist recommended this product to me when it had just come out. She applied it on my hair and encouraged me to use it. I immediately saw the difference. I have curly/wavy hair combination and it’s very frizzy. The wonderfully humid climate in Florida doesn’t help much either. But, when I apply this product, my hair is SLEEK! Let me tell you about my hair and me. I am 47 years old and I refuse to turn gray . I color my hair like once a month . Not cuz I want to. I have too. So last weekend I colored my hair but before I colored it . I stripped my hair so I can get one solid color. I stripped it , colored it and OMG… I overprocessed my hair . I purchased Olaplex hair masks years ago and didn’t notice much improvement with the breakage on my regularly bleached blonde hair and actually threw the bottles away I had taking up space in my bathroom. Wow im sold

Real review! My product was sealed thick and white like the real olaplex is supposed to be. I bleached my hair 4x in one day and yes the bottom half is shredded. I think ill need to use this on an ongoing basis to see more improvement but after one use, Steps 0,3,4,5,6,7, it feels stronger and softer and dried more thick and fluffy than it has since I bleached it a week ago. My hair did not fall out but my hair is clearly pretty strong. Expensive stuff so Ill probably just use the whole system once a week and see how it goes. I am not trying to cut my hair right now so I hope this helps to keep it looking good enough! But as i bleach new growth I’ll definitely use the steps 1,2. Discovered this brand/product in a local salon. Purchased this (#6) for my wife with short, super thick and frizzy hair. She uses this daily as a leave in after regular shampoo and conditioner. After trying so many alternatives, it’s simply amazing! We then purchased steps 3-5 in which my wife uses 1-2 times per week. The results are incredible. Smells so DIVINE

I guess I should wait until ive used this product more than once to leave a review but omg this is honestly my favorite smell I have smelt EVER. I wish I could find lotion, perfume and body wash with this scent as well. Not strong enough for my liking tbh its not like someones toes will curl with delight as I walk past and a breeze catches my hair and who doesn’t want that.

Made my hair soft and I used only 2 maybe 3 pea sized drops… will use more next time in hopes of taming fly aways.

Literally the best hair product on the planet

Omg my friend recommended this to me and I can’t say enough about how amazing it is. First, the smell is incredible. Second when I blow dry my hair with this product, it looks as if I’ve flat ironed it. I blow dry with a roller brush though- not just blow dry. Usually when I blow dry with a roller brush my hair looks frizzy and I have to flat iron or curl it. Not with this and it lasts until my next shampoo. And you truly only need a little. Hands down best hair product I’ve used

Sooooo I’m one of those people who never leaves reviews but I buy a ton of stuff from Amazon regularly. I also am pretty much a self taught hair stylist/colorist and have used all sorts of hair products over the years, from drug store stuff to professional products. This olaplex leave in product is hands down one of the best hair products I’ve ever used. The only other product I’ve used that’s as good as this is well olaplex 1,2,3,4,5. 😉 I put at dime size amount in my hair after I wash it when still wet and then once it dries I put in a little more. If you’re a blonde you need this stuff. I also love the amala strengthening oil by Matrix and Allplex conditioner also sold on Amazon. These products are the reason I still have hair as a blonde. Cannot live without! Worth every cent. The bottle is smaller than I realized, but you only need a pea size to work magic on your hair. I work this through after washing and then sleep on it. Excellent product for color treated, damaged hair

First time using this product, it was recommended by my stylist. I have color treated hair, with bleach, so my hair was getting very dry. I’ve tried a number of products that did not help. This product gave noticeable results after first use. It doesn’t have much scent which to me doesn’t matter, the conditioners are light weight so hair doesn’t get oily or unable to style. I use the whole system, pre-conditioner, shampoo/conditioner and follow up with the No 6 Bond Smoother.
